The American Historical Association has been working with Amazon to make its collection of books and materials available to museum visitors for the past few years, and this new site will provide the American History Museum with an easier way to find books and related material on

The new American History website will be accessible by Amazon visitors who have a Kindle reader.

The American Historical Library in Kansas City, Mo., has been a leading American history research institution for nearly 100 years.

The library is part of the American Museum of Natural History.

Amazon is the second-largest e-commerce company in the world and the fourth-largest online retailer.
